Shipping / DOA Policy


DOA:
We guarantee all of our items to arrive alive. If, for some reason, an item does not arrive alive, you must contact us via email, with detailed pictures of the item within two hours of the package's arrival. If you are not present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt, this guarantee becomes void. If, in our opinion, the item is deemed to be deceased or defective, a credit will be applied to your account.

SHIPPING:

WE SHIP TO CONTINENTAL US ONLY!!!

  • Our current order shipping schedule is as follows:
    •  Shipping Wednesday for Thursday delivery.
    • Shipping Friday for Saturday delivery. (Please email us after placing your order to request this option. Please also note there is a $20 fee for Saturday delivery.)
  • All orders must be a minimum of $100 to ship. Corals are shipped priority overnight using UPS as the preferred carrier. Shipping is $50 (except Saturday delivery which is an extra $20) which includes box, heat or cold packs. Orders over $400 ship free. You must be present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt, or the DOA Guarantee above becomes void.
  • There is NO FREE SHIPPING on Auctions.
  • If you want to add items to an existing order for which you already paid shipping for, simply place a secondary order and we will refund the additional shipping charges.
  • Shipping delays that result in live stock lost will not be covered under the Frag Flow Guarantee. Keep in mind we do whatever we can to make it right! WE DO NOT CREDIT OR REFUND ANY SHIPPING COST. 
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Please note that all sales are final due to the nature of the products that we are selling. Corals are highly fragile for shipping, and it is an industry standard that sellers do not accept any returns.

If you place an order, and then ask to cancel it, you will be refunded the order amount LESS 20% restocking fee.
